Nick Cooper is the Founder of Home For A Home, a housing non-profit committed to providing homes for those in need in Guatemala. As a member of Home For A Home, Nick donates a portion of every real estate transaction commission to fund construction of homes for families in the program. 

As a client of The Cooper Team, your home sale or purchase will help fund a house for a specific family. Once the home is constructed, you will receive photos of the family and their new home!
