Initial Call
Our initial call is focused on learning about you, what is driving your search and how we can best support your home purchase journey. During the call we also share a bit about our team, our approach to working with buyers and next steps for working together.

Consultation
Our homebuyer consultation takes places over zoom and focuses on preparing you for a successful home search experience. We share more about our approach to supporting buyers, the stages of a home search, contractual documents, current market conditions and a deeper dive into your home search criteria.

Property Search
Once we have established your initial search criteria, we create a custom account, which will provide you access to both on market and off market listings. This search account combined with our access to various agent networks, will ensure you are aware of all compelling listings.

Showings
We support our clients ability to view properties however they prefer. Typically, showings are a combination of pre-market previews, privately hosted tours and open houses. When not convenient to attend showings in person, we accommodate virtual showings via FaceTime and curated walkthrough videos.

Offers
Once our clients identify a property they want to pursue, we begin the offer process, including an analysis of the market value, disclosure review, contractual review, continual updates on the property interest level, submission of your offer and guidance through negotiations.

Escrow
Once your offer is accepted, we manage the escrow process and guide you through the entire entire experience. We arrange and attend inspections, confirm the appraisal review and attend the final walkthrough with our buyers, ensuring you feel supported from the moment your offer is accepted to long after the closing.
